Let's get fit together!
For beginners without any prior experiences (from 16 years) who wants to get “fit for the mountains” we advise our new lessons. On three consecutive dates the group will learn all necessary techniques that are needed for winter sport experiences.

If the number of participants is less than four, we reserve the right to reduce the number of hours or cancel the course. The course dates cannot be changed or postponed due to the learning level. Participation in the last course date is only possible if the first two dates have been attended.
