Fit for the Mountains
The name says it all!
For beginners with no prior experience (aged 16 and over) who want to get "fit for the mountains," we recommend our course series. The courses for teenagers and adults aged 16 and over take place in the evening on three consecutive Fridays. The perfect start to winter sports with our qualified ski and snowboard instructors. In the course series, you will learn everything you need for your (first) winter sports holiday.
These services are included in the course price
(no additional admission ticket is required):
- 3 x 3 hours of lessons, slope access during course hours
- Fridays 18:30 - 21:30, admission 30 min. beforehand
- Equipment rental: skis or snowboard with appropriate boots
- Helmet (mandatory for children up to 15 years), optional for an additional charge: ski jacket €7.00, ski pants €7.00
Gloves are mandatory (rental not available) for all courses.
For the "fit for the mountains" course, your stay at the alpincenter ends when the lesson time expires.

Important notes:
- Should the number of participants fall below four by the start of the course, we reserve the right to reduce the number of course hours or cancel the course.
- The dates of the course series cannot be postponed or exchanged due to the learning level.
- Participation in the final session is only possible if the first two sessions have been attended.
- Cancellations or rebookings are not possible according to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of illness, and only upon presentation of a medical certificate, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the course price.
