Everything you should know before your visit
Are you visiting us for the first time and want to know what to expect? We have clearly compiled the most important information for your day at the alpincenter.
Whether you already ski or are hitting the slopes for the first time: with us, you can enjoy your day in complete relaxation.
Your ticket already includes many services, so you have as little as possible to worry about on site.
All-Inclusive Ticket
With the admission ticket you receive:
- Access to the slope and lift
- One-time equipment rental including skis/snowboard, boots and ski poles
- Food and drinks from the buffet
Extras:
Equipment change: €5
Jacket and trouser rental: €7 each
Helmet rental: €3
Helmets are mandatory on our slope for children up to and including 12 years of age.
What should you bring?
To make your day with us perfect, we recommend:
Gloves
For safety reasons, gloves are mandatory on our slope. If you do not have your own, you can purchase them in our sports shop. Gloves cannot be rented for hygiene reasons!
Warm clothing
Pleasant winter conditions of around -4 °C prevail in the ski hall. Please therefore bring warm snow clothing that allows you to move comfortably.
2 x €1 coin for the locker
You will need two €1 coins to use our lockers. A change machine is available on site.

Show your online ticket at reception. Guaranteed entry is only available with an online ticket. - Booked a course?
Report directly to the ski school check-in. - Put on snow clothing
The changing rooms and lockers are located in the rental hall - Rent equipment
Try on ski boots or boots and rent skis or a snowboard - Have fun on the slopes!
Food & drinks
Our dining areas as well as the coffee and soft drink station open as early as 10:00 a.m. The buffet is open from 11:30 a.m.. At the weekend, we offer après-ski during our bar’s opening hours.
Please note: Staying at the alpincenter is only possible with a valid admission ticket. There is no à la carte restaurant; our all-inclusive offer includes food and drinks from the buffet. Bringing backpacks, bags or suitcases into our restaurants and bars is not permitted. Please use our lockers for this purpose.
